Founders Noah and Peter Bissell established this business in 2013 with the mission to change people's perceptions of what the beer experience can be, showcasing unique flavors and brewing styles. They are proud of what Bissell Brothers Brewery has become and are thrilled to share their event space and approach to beer-making with those celebrating their most special occasions. The brewery is situated in a 100-year-old former railway building overlooking the Thompson's Point Peninsula, where Casco Bay and Fore River intertwine. Featuring innovative décor and multiple gathering areas, this venue is ideal for all kinds of celebrations. All of the property's event spaces are nestled amongst brewing machinery and manufacturing areas, immersing guests in the art of beer-making. The full-service bar at the heart of the venue serves all of Bissell Brothers' best beer creations, along with other beverages of the happy couple's choice. Couples can work with the brewery's events team to design a bespoke experience for their special day. From casual cocktail-style gatherings to seated receptions, these professionals can bring any vision to life. Catering and bartending services can be added to any wedding package, taking the stress out of sourcing other vendors for an event.
